The dates for our next camp are

Camp fees for 2025 will be £240 for campers and £100 for helpers
Last year we were fortunate enough to generate over £6,000 from fundraising activities undertaken by our campers and helpers, and we wanted to use this where it would do most good by reducing fees for all.
As you may be aware every year we are only able to say yes to under half the number of campers that apply. We are also aware that our fees have been rising, making it less affordable to younger helpers (typically the entry point for an ongoing commitment to our helper community).
Our aim is to grow to camp sizes of over 100, comparable to pre-covid times, over the course of three years.
We appreciate this moves us away from our principle of fee equality, however we realised that the principal was negatively affecting both campers and helpers alike. We are hoping that this compromise (and it is a compromise) will introduce extra helpers and enable us to grow the number of campers we are able to take.
Woodlarks (the campsite) charge us £105 per person per week, so our fees represent excellent value for money for a fully catored week long holiday with entertainment.
